«We will not pamper you tonight. It is not our job to entertain you. We want to enjoy ourselves, so would you please entertain us!» You have been warned. The Swiss choreographer and dancer Tabea Martin and the Dutch director and performer Matthias Mooij don’t beat around the bush. In «sofort geniessen», their forth joint project, this promising young duo confronts us with our tendency towards self-indulgence. Martin’s energetic choreography and Mooij’s quietly ironic texts, combined with low-tech multimedia features, make for a witty and charming piece that is highly attractive despite some tough content.
